Current Functionality

MetaSolv Solution requires a manual Telephone Number Recall during a "winback" business scenario which updates the Telephone Number Type Code (ASAP.TEL_NUM_INV.TELNBR_TYPE_CD) so it appears correctly in reports.


Requested Functionality

If a telephone number has a type code of 'NPOUT' and its status is either 'Pending Disconnect' or 'Disconnected' and being reassigned to a non-LNP product, then automatically update the telephone number's type code to 'WTN' on its new suffix version created in the ASAP.TEL_NUM_INV table instead of requiring a manual Telephone Number Recall process.
