We're Running EDD Plan with Constrained Without Detailed Scheduling and profile option MSO: Use Up Existing Supply of Primary Components Before Substitute - set to No, the plan fails with Program was terminated by signal 11

MSO: Use Up Existing Supply of Primary Components Before Substitute

Use this profile option to specify whether to use the supply of substitute components or the primary component first. Valid values are:
• Yes: Use the supply of the primary component before using the supply of the substitute components
• No: Use the supply of the substitute components before using the supply of the primary component

When run with 64 bit, the plan hangs at MSONWL64 with:
