In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (14.0.x), the FUTURE_COST_NET_COST column is not updating as expected after a cost change for the item.

Sample Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create Off Invoice deal on 22-Dec-15 (deal id-1)

Effective Start Date: 22-Dec-15 (today), Close Date: 31-Dec-15

                 Discount 1 = 12.50 Baht

                 Discount 2 = 10%

       2. On 22-Dec, ceate one more Off Invoice deal (deal id-2)

Effective Start Date 24-Dec-15, Close Date 31-Dec-15

                 Discount 1 = 10 Baht

                 Discount 2 = 10%

      3. On 23-Dec, create cost change for item. Change from 112.50 to 120.

                 Baht Effective = 24-Dec-2015.

                 Old Cost = 112.50

                 New Cost = 120.00

      4. Run cost change and future cost batches (sccext, fcthreadexec, fcexec) on 23-Dec.

      5. Observe the net cost, net_net_cost, and dead_net_net_cost in FUTURE_COST table for 24-Dec.  Expected Net Cost is 78.075, but the calculated cost is 78.975.
