"Days of the Month" and "Days of the Week" Cannot Be Defined in the Same Time Model

Goal
On : 11.1.0.7.0 version, Server for PDC
Below is the requirement for time-model where:
a. Mon-Fri (08:00 -23:00) is peak. Rest is off-peak
b. Sat (08:00 -12:00) is peak. Rest is off-peak
c. Additional working days (on certain Saturdays of the year) : (08:00 -23:00) is peak. Rest is off-peak
d. Holidays: Full day off-peak
How to accommodate last two in a single time model for this profile?
i. if include them both in special days, but both days would be treated same from peak/offpeak perspective.
ii. if include them in "Days of month" time segment, but PDC would be throwing error.
