ORA-12578: TNS:WALLET OPEN FAILED when Running EngineStarter.sh on Linux Server (Doc ID 2103878.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.5.1 version, Engine

When attempting to run EngineStarter.sh
the following error occurs.
 
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-12578: TNS:wallet open failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install demantra spectrum 12.2.5.1 .
2. Run Setup.sh .
3. Run EngineStarter.sh .
4. It fails with ORA-12578: TNS:wallet open failed .
