Customer have a Siebel application hosted in US, with most of the data being entered/updated from different timezones.
The date value "last updated date" column for these records are stored in the database as without timezone conversion. Siebel works this way and it takes care of the timezone conversion from the application.
When loading data from Siebel to CDA warehouse, some of the records are being filtered due to the presence of date filter for Start and End time in the informatica jobs.
Since DAC doesn't have any mechanism to pass timezone information the date conversion doesn't happen hence the data is being filtered.
Need a way to pass timezone information in the DAC variable that is used to send the Start and End time of the job to Informatica.
