Symptoms
On : 7.4.0.14.0 version, Accounts Receivable (AR)
The user attempted but failed to zero out the value of Cycle Forward Monthly event which only has Discount Balance Impact.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create an account, purchase product, purchase discount (make sure product is purchased before discount)
2. Execute PCM_OP_AR_EVENT_ADJUSTMENT on Cycle Forward Event which only has Discount Balance Impact to zero out its value
