Oracle Argus Safety Version

Require the ability to retain Search Results in Bulk Reporting Screen when a case link is clicked.

Currently when users click on a case that appears in the Bulk Reporting screen to review it in detail, this action closes down the Bulk Reporting screen.

Hence users have to then re-select the Bulk Reporting screen and re-run the search to actually submit the report.

There are other screens in Argus where you perform searches for cases and the screens do not close when you click on the case link (i.e. Bulk E2B transmit screen).

This request is for the search results to be retained and stay open in the background when you click on a case link to review.
