Deployment of Two ASAP instances with a Single Database Instance to Provide HA (Doc ID 2104561.1)

Goal

Deployment of SAR files from ASAP instance #2. 

We have ASAP installed in instance #1 and pointing to DB#1. ASAP instance #2 (failover instance; SAR files not present) is also pointing to DB #1 ( i.e., both ASAP instances are pointing to the same DB) . We have SAR files deployed on instance #1. During failover,  instance#2 has to be started up; SAR files are not present on instance#2, Please let us know how we can deploy SAR files for instance #2.
