RPM Item Reclass Batch Does Not Update RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL When First Item Is Not Ranged (Doc ID 2104602.1)

The ItemReclassBatch batch does not update RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL (RFR) table when the child item is not ranged.

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Create a Style with 2 child items.
  2. Range only the 2nd child items to a store by sequence.
  3. Approve the item.
  4. Run the newitemlocbatch.
  5. Verify the item present in RPM_ITEM_LOC and RFR tables.
  6. Reclassify the style from the existing dept to a new dept.
  7. Verify the RECLASS_HEAD and RECLASS_ITEM tables.
  8. Run the reclass batches.
  9. Verify the RPM_ITEM_MODIFICATIONS table.
  10. Run the ITEMRECLASSBATCH.SH batch.
  11. Verify the RPM_ITEM_LOC and RFR.
