Problem Line Stock Count Extract Fails with 'Severe System Error' When Product Group Element Contains Merchandising Hierarchy (Doc ID 2104871.1)

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) application, we find that creating a product group schedule for a Problem line stock count with merchandising hierarchy, shows a "Severe system error".

Steps to Recreate:

1. Create a Product Group for problem line stock count >> At the Product Group Components screen, under the New Product Group Element, follow these steps exactly:
    a. Select HIERARCHY
    b. Select a Dept that has negative item SOH
    c. Select a Class under the Dept that has negative item SOH
    d. Select a Sub-Class under the Dept/Class that has negative SOH
    e. Select Add to Group
    f. Select Save to save the newly created problem line product group
2. Create a Problem Line Product Group Schedule
3. Select the Product Group that was created in the previous step
4. Enter description and select a location
5. Select Start Date = Today’s date and End Date = Today’s Date
6. Select SAVE
7. Select YES on the confirmation dialog
8. Find that "Severe system error" is displayed with the following message trace:
