ORA-01722 Error Message Appears When Adding Locations To Items

When trying to add a location to item where location address type is not numeric, it fails with "Error ORA-01722- invalid number returned by program unit LOCATION_ATTRIB_SQL.GET_LOC_COUNTRY".

Steps to Reproduce:

1- create a new address type in the ADD_TYPE table, such as ‘AG’
2- Add the new address type to add_type_module for  Store (ST) or Warehouse(WH)
3- Add a new address for an existing ST or WH with the new add_type ‘AA’ created in the first step
4- Go To Start Menu
5- Click on Items
6- Click on Items
7- Under Action drop down List Select Edit Item
8- Enter Item Number
9- Click on Ok Button
10- Double Click on Locations
11- Enter required fields
12- Click on Add Button
13- Error Displayed ("ORA-01722- invalid number returned by program unit LOCATION_ATTRIB_SQL.GET_LOC_COUNTRY." )
