HQ Manager Is Unable To Update the Value of 'HQ Reported' to Zero in Over/Short Total Screen

Symptoms

The Headquarters (HQ) Manager user is unable to set the value of 'HQ Reported' to 0 in over/short screen.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Store day summary screen and click on option 'Over short totals'.
  2. In Accounted For grid, take any POS declared total and try to update the value to zero.
  3. Click OK button.
  4. System shows no popup message (like 're-totaling required'), and there is no entry in SA_HQ_VALUE table.
