Feature Nodes Are Not Available For The ACS Users In Their Feature Set List

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The problem is that a customer can't access the full list of his Feature Nodes inside the control plan GUI (Graphical User Interface) menu.
Steps to reproduce:
From the SMS GUI:
- The customer is allocated the “Full” Feature Set
- After login with the customer's account, the Feature Set list contains less information than the one that has been assigned to him (ex. missing Copy node)
- In an already created control plan that contains a node that is not present in the customer's Feature Set list, changes are not allowed.
It is expected that the Feature Set list to contain the full list of nodes.
