Symptoms

The project tree and workspace does not load. In the upper left hand corner of the project tree is an error icon with: 'Error:Click for details'

Error displayed in Java Console Log:

network: Connecting http://<ip address>:<port>/ with proxy=DIRECT
javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: unexpected_message
at sun.security.ssl.Alerts.getSSLException(Unknown Source)
