Account Collection Sumary Screen Is Timing Out In Collection Tab (Doc ID 2105367.1)

Account Collection Summary screen is timing out in Collection tab. When searching for a Account in Account Collection Summary , account is displayed . When clicking on the Account it goes into Collection tab, it searches for 2-3 minutes and then gives message Query timed out. Account only has 2 Mids.
Query timed out. Message Number: 11001, 409.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Account Collection Summary page
2. Search for a Account
3. Go to Collection tab - query timed out.
