Symptoms

On : 2.4.0.0.0 version, RT - Rates

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Filtering by Exchange Rates does not return expected results.

When searching on exchange rates using a start date, the results returned are foll all dates, and not just the rates starting from the provided start date.

Version 2.4.0.1.0

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The exchange rates returned should only be the ones that exist after the provided start date.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Manage Exchange Rate
2. Enter a Start Date and click Refresh
BUSINESS IMPACT
