When attempting to use the DoBenefitSplitChange rule on an AutoTransfer, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Precondition: Policy having a BenefitSplit record in benefit version of Fund X and investment deposit in child version of Fund X.
2. Execute automatic transfer 100% from Fund X to Fund Y using ReassignAllocation rule.

Expected result - 100% of Fund X moved to Fund Y on valuation tables and BenefitSplit record for fund X is expired, new BenefitSplit to Fund Y is created.

Actual result - Stack trace error for activity.

The transaction uses the ReassignAllocations rule but the error is also encountered if the user entered the activity Allocations directly in the UI.
