Printing Activity Letters, Scheduler "Not Responding" (Doc ID 2105803.1)

Activity Letters ( Not responding )

When creating a formal application and printing the activity letter, the system hangs and the Scheduler window shows "Not Responding". GA must be shut down and reopened, the case and the formal app reopened and the letter will then it print okay. When entering the next activity and printing the letter, the issue repeats itself.
The issue can be intermittent and may happen for only select users.
