Configuration Assistant Startup Error on Query to the Feeders Table (Doc ID 2106213.1)

Symptoms

After updating to 1.12.0.3.0+ Configuration Assistant is throwing a DataStore error due to database table FEEDERS.engine column not existing.

ERROR

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "ENGINE": invalid identifier

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to Configuration Assistant, note error in WebLogic log.
