Symptoms

On : 9.3.4.0 version, Rollup (PGC)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Rollup From Excel PX does not complete

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rollup From Excel PX should open Excel with details

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Log into a generic 9.3.4 instance
2. Internet Explorer used is 11
3. Create a Part and Specification
4. Enable the PX 'Rollup from Excel' to run from Actions menu of Parts Class
5. Run Part || Actions || Rollup from Excel
6. Option pops up to install Agile ActiveX
7. Click Yes to install
8. No further action happens
9. Page remains stuck at "Please wait ........... while your request is processed"
