Outlook Connector & GAL (CardDav) - Duplicate Entries (Doc ID 2106859.1)

Symptoms

We configured Outlook Connector (OC) 9.0.0.1.0 to use the Contacts Server 8.0.0.2.0 for GAL.

On a new platform, when we use OC to search the GAL, we are seeing some entries duplicated.

We configured VLV per the documentation - About Virtual List View and Configuring Virtual List View - to include the filter for "(&(mail=*)(cn=*))"

And confirmed that the Outlook Connector installation *.ini file also includes:

Filter=(&(mail=*)(cn=*))

under the [GAL] settings.

Note that this parameter is greyed out in the Deployment Configuration Program (DCP) when configuring OC for use with Contacts Server and this is the default setting.
