Goal

Installing Oracle Utilities Application Framework v4.2.0.0 Service Pack 2 - libexpat.dll is missing

Facing issue while Installing Oracle Utilities Application Framework v4.2.0.0 Service Pack 2 (following Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management Installation Guide Release 2.2.0 Service Pack 3 E60092-02).

In Page - 46 of the above MWM doc, after setting the required environment and while executing install.cmd (for Windows, having 11g 32-bit oracle client installed in windows server) getting the below error.


The below is the architecture

MWM 12c Database installed in Solaris OS
Oracle 11g client 32-bit installed in Windows server 2012 R2.
