Generic Selector With Date Criteria (START_T Or END_T) Does Not Work In ECE (Doc ID 2107025.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Generic selector is created with date criteria (START_T or END_T), it does not work in ECE.

STEPS
-----------
With the PDC GUI, create a generic selector with date criteria:
- field : START_T
- value type : Single value
- Operator Equals
- Default *

and two rules :
- rule 1 : START_T=1454398937000, Resuts=dateOK
- rule 2 : START_T=*, Results=dateKO

and use the selector within a ChargeOffer.

If the offer is submitted in PDC, it seems to work and the information is correctly exported to ECE. Also, pricingUpdater does not return any error.

However, when testing the rating, the following error occurs:
