Demantra Upgrade issue from 184.108.40.206 to 220.127.116.11
During the upgrade, customer has chosen "Platform and Application Upgrade"
DEBUG - Remove Unsupported Translations SQL: DELETE
FROM i18n_data_dictionary d WHERE d.lang_id IN (SELECT l.lang_id FROM
languages l WHERE (l.is_active = 0 OR l.is_base = 1))
support advised to run this below query and then continue upgrade.
support asked to update this:
set IS_BASE = 1, IS_ACTIVE = 1,
LANG_CODE = 'US',
TRANS_LANG = 'English (US)',
LOCALE_ID = 'en_US'
where LANG_ID = 4;
