Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After changing the project manager on a project, existing timesheets still show the old project manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The new project manager should be displayed on the timesheet.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Users submits timesheet
2. Change project manager on the project
3. Open previously submitted timesheet
