The 'Receipt No.' field on RMS form (RMS Start > Inventory > Appointments) is declared as NUMBER(9), but the column in the database allows VARCHAR2(17). If character values are entered in the Receipt No. field, an 'Unable to perform query' error appears.
Steps to Recreate:
1. Open an appointment with 'receipt no.' containing character values.
2. 'Unable to perform query' error occurs.
The requirement is that the receipt number be longer as compared to the WMS field, and that it can accept character values, as well.
