Charge Rate Plan Selector Migration Issues (Doc ID 2108019.1)

On : 11.1.0.7.0 version, Import Export Utility

While creating a Charge Rate Plan Selector, some fields are to be mapped to determine the charge to be used based on values specified in that particular fields.
Eg: DESCR field from Event attributes.

When Charge Selector created with one of these fields and exported using ImportExportPricing, the DESCR field uses InternalID that references to the field associated with specific event type .

While loading the exported file using these options:

1. When loaded these files with/without InternalId in another environment, the fields values come out as empty

2. When loaded that file with InternalId specific to that environment, then it appears to be OK
