Java Error 'EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION' Occurs After Upgrading to RPAS 15.0.0.1 or 15.0.0.2 and Patching the Domain on Windows Platform (Doc ID 2108168.1)

Symptoms

The Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) on Windows platform results in a Java error after running upgradeDomain to version 15.0.0.1 or 15.0.0.2 and then patching an updated configuration.  The result is Java errors that kill the rpasInstall.

For example:

# Failed to write core dump. Minidumps are not enabled by default on client versions of Windows
