Folder Hierarchy Is Shifted When I Change The Folder Name
(Doc ID 2108921.1)
Last updated on MAY 18, 2020
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 to 3.0 [Release 2.0 to 3.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Renaming a sub-folder causes it to be moved to the root level, instead of remaining underneath the folder it was created under.
For example:
1. Log into Convergence
2. Create a folder called 'Test' with a sub-folder called 'testSub'
3. Select the sub-folder called 'testSub' and click on Rename from the toolbar/from context menu
4. Enter a new name for the sub-folder, eg. 'newSub'
Result: the sub-folder 'newSub' moves to the root level -- i.e at the same level as the other main folders (Test,Inbox....) which is not expected.
