String 'Corporate Directory' Not Translated When Using Non-English Language

Convergence 3.0.1.0.0, with legacy WABP (LDAP) AB service
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR + ERROR

We are testing Convergence 3.0.1.0.0. We can see the string 'Corporate Directory' is not being translated to French when we log in as a French user.
We notice this eg, when creating a new event in the calendar interface and searching for a person to invite or resource.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Corporate Directory to be translated to French.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install Convergence 3u1
2. Log in as French language user
3. Go to Calendar, create event and attempt to invite person or resource from the address books.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, native French speaking users find this confusing and disturbing.
