ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

xsd Date Format issue while using IWS

Trying to use "M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler" IWS and getting a date time format exception. Below are the observation and analysis on the error.


1) When the same request is sent to its replica on XAI Inbound service, haven't seen error.
2) Have tried this scenario in v2.2.0.3 and v.2.2.0.3.5 of MWM application and the same issue occurs on IWS where as the same request is consumed by XAI Inbound service.
