Keyword entered by Code List does not match between Japanese and English screen on Case Form (Doc ID 2109040.1)

Symptoms

On Case Form >> Additional Information tab >> Notes and Attachments block, the Keyword is entered by selecting the predefined code list value.
Normally the entered Keyword value is matching between Japanese and English screen side based on the code list values.

Sometimes, the Keyword value does not match between Japanese and English screen.
For example, English screen value contain extra keyword value text which was removed on Japanese screen.
