RPAS Fusion Client: Restarting in Weblogic Causes Duplicates Taskflow Entries (Doc ID 2109174.1)

Symptoms

When restarting RPAS Fusion Client application within Weblogic, the application user sees that all left hand side menu entries (taskflow entries) get duplicated once. This happens every time the Fusion Client application restarts.

The workaround is to restart the entire Weblogic server to get rid of the duplicate entries. This is inconvenient as complete server restarts take several minutes rather than just a few seconds for application restart.
