Activities Are Not Ordered on Add Activity Screens on Client and GroupCustomer Entities (Doc ID 2109330.1)

Symptoms

On : 10.1.2.2 version, Activity

Actual Behavior
The Add Activity screen does not put the transactions in alphabetical order on the Client and GroupCustomer entities.
It does put them in order on the Policy and Company activity dropdowns, but not Client and GroupCustomer.

Expected Behavior
Add Activity dropdown lists should always display transactions in alphabetical order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For any Client or Group Customer (Account), click Add Activity
2. Notice the transactions are not in alphabetical order.
