Symptoms

 Error In Refresh Snapshot Process.  No other messages in log file for MSCPDP module: Planning Data Pull.  MRP_CL_REFRESH_SNAPSHOT.WAIT_FOR_REQUEST Failed

NOTE ROLE: Examine the log files for both MSCPDP module: Planning Data Pull and MSRFWOR module: Refresh Snapshots In this instance Time stamps showed the following

MSRFWOR module:

Refresh Snapshots **Starts**22-AUG-2002 02:13:09 **Ends**22-AUG-2002 02:15:58

MSCPDP module:

Planning Data Pull **Starts**22-AUG-2002 02:00:47 **Ends**22-AUG-2002 02:11:25
