ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Data Manager crashes when loading data over Fall DST after Patch 22446447
Data Manager is crashing when assembling series - the issue occurs when INTDLOADDATES complies the SERIES and only occurs with data after the Fall 2015 Daylight Saving Time period.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the software function would load the data and there would be no crash.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Import LODESTAR Enhanced File Format into environment so it exists there. This is data that spans two Daylight Saving Time changes.
2. Write rate to load data for specified dates including fall Daylight Saving Time.
3. Run rate in trial calculation and see the crash occur
