Clearance Reset Approval ID and Approval Date are Not Populated

Symptoms

Approval ID and Approval Date are not populated when creating a new clearance with reset date.


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Retail Price Management (RPM) Clearance screen.
2. Create a clearance for an item/location with a reset date and approve it.
3. Notice that the RPM_CLEARANCE table shows the approval_date for the original clearance record, and approval_date shows NULL for reset record.
