Symptoms

The mdsgateway is failing to start after the after a recent upgrade.  The following error appears in the mdsgateway log:

**FATAL** /home/nms/nmsadmin/dml/<cust>.dml:9:CrewPositionAVL.dml:7 input queue empty for document 'CrewPositionAVL'


Changes

The mobile system was recently upgraded, and changes were made to the mobile gateway adapter to use the newly available AVL functionality.
