Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 14.0 to 14.0.3 [Release 14.0]

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1.1 version when attempting to perform bulk processing of Xorder, the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Send Bulk XOrderCre messages to RMS through XOrder Subscriber API.
- Note that some messages are interfaced to RMS but others are sent to the RIB hospital with the following error above.
