Symptoms


In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.1.1 version when attempting to perform bulk processing of Xorder, the following error occurs.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Send Bulk XOrderCre messages to RMS through XOrder Subscriber API.
  2. Note that some messages are interfaced to RMS but others are sent to the RIB hospital with the following error above.
