Date Format is not displayed correctly in ReSA Trial Audit screen.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Open up a Store day with sales.
2. Create and Run Totals.
3. Revise sales data and re-total.
4. check Total revisions via the Total Audit Trail.
5. Check database for timestamp.
    Timestamp shows as 12:00:00 irrespective of the timestamp.
