When the user presses the Filter button in the Transfer window, it takes 20-30 seconds before the pop-up window appears.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Store Inventory Management (SIM) PC Client.
- Navigation: Shipping/Receiving > Transfers.
- Click Filter button.
