Transfer Screen Filter Button Takes Time to Display the Filter Window (Doc ID 2109853.1)

Symptoms

When the user presses the Filter button in the Transfer window, it takes 20-30 seconds before the pop-up window appears.
 

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into Store Inventory Management (SIM) PC Client.
  2. Navigation: Shipping/Receiving > Transfers.
  3. Click Filter button.
