Large Sales Order Numbers Cause Rapid Planning Plan To Fail (Doc ID 2110020.1)

Using Advanced Supply Chain Planning + Rapid Planning
When attempting to run an ASCP Plan that includes Net Sales Orders
which is then copied via 
Copy Plan Output to Simulation Plans
to create a Rapid Planning plan 
the following error occurs:

The Rapid Planning user interface displays a Red X for the RP plan 
indicating that no RP plan results are available.

Inspection of the RP engine service log reports
java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: "3000000046"
at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(
at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(
at oracle.apps.msc.orp.engine.output.flushable.demand.EndDemand.getShipSetKey(

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Define ASCP Plan XXX-Global to Net Sales Orders
2. Run the plan with Copy Plan Output to Simulation Plans = Yes
3. Observe that all of the EBS/VCP destination instance requests completed successfully
4. Inspect the engine_domain/log/rpengine####.log for the RP engine used to run
the (copied) Rapid Planning plan RP-SO-ASCP
5. Observe the java.lang.NumberFormatException noted.
6. Observe that the Rapid Planning UI for Rapid Planning plan RP-SO-ASCP
displays a Red X for plan RP-SO-ASCP indicating that no RP plan results are
