New Rate Check Trace Log Causing System Error ORA-01438

In the Rate Check page, the Trace Log is used to debug the new rate configuration to see the rate processing flow. Unfortunately when the “Error if No Value” field in a calculation rule is set to Y we are no longer able to Trace via the Trace Log section of the Rate Check.
