Symptoms
On a 12.1.3.9.1 Instance:
PROBLEM
-------------
The view MSD_PRODUCT_RETURN_HISTORY_V (table name is MSD_DEM_RETURN_HISTORY) is using the column BOOKED_DATE from table OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL instead of a date from OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table. This results in the return landing in the incorrect month of the Supply Demand Analysis.
Example: A Sales Order is booked in October and shipped in December. A return is processed on the order in December. After collections and SPP Plan run, the return shows up in October instead of December.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Return processed in December and should show up in December.
STEPS
------------
1. Book a Sales Order in October and ship in December
2. Process a return on the order in December
3. Run data collections and SPP Plan
4. Review Supply Demand Analysis
5. Find the return shows in October instead of December
