Large Negative Unit Cost Returned By M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler Due To Request Handler Out Of Sync With Optimizer (Doc ID 2110932.1)

Symptoms

Very large negative unit costs are being returned in the ORS M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler response.

ORS M1-RouteAppointmentRequestToScheduler web service is used to determine available delivery slots. The returned unit costs are used for calculating the customer delivery fee.

This is similiar to the issue discussed in 'Why ORS/MWM SlotGenerator, Chooser Or Appointment Booking Returns Negative Value On Slot Request (Doc ID 1314634.1)' however, the values being returned are much larger and cannot be explained by anomalies in the schedule as discussed.
