Focusing on a device while in feederfocus mode causes the user to exit feeder focus

The expectation would be that while a user is in feeder focus mode, focusing on a device in the viewer  would zoom in on that device but that the viewer should remain in feeder focus mode.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Bring up a viewer and load a particular feeder or search and load a particular device
2. Select the F key or the Feeder Focus mode (viewer now only shows a single feeder
3. Select a different device that is displayed on the feeder and then target/focus on it
4 Note that we now have other surrounding feeders that have loaded.
