Symptoms

On : 8.6.3 version, Application Access Contr. Gov.

Receive an error while runing Model Analysis and Control Analysis.

Recently upgraded to 11g database on the EBS side. Created new models and controls. Model Analysis and Model Analysis failed when run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade 11g DB on EBS side.
2. Create new models and controls.
3. Analysis fails.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run audit reports on the EBS.
