Names Of Headers Being Changed Subtly (case-wise) By Messaging Server (Doc ID 2111043.1)

Goal

The question I have concerns the names of headers (not the values of the headers) being changed subtly by Messaging Server.  For example, if a client submitted a message with header names such as "Message-ID" and "Content-Type", would Messaging Server change those names to be "Message-id" and "Content-type", respectively?
