Java Exception Error When Viewing DSI Files

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to view DSI Files in DSI Maintenance, the following error occurs.
The file is available on the server however it cannot be viewed by the user from within the TMS application.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into TMS
- TMS 5.0.1->DSI Maintenance->Maintain DSI Files
- Select any processed File in the lower block and Click "View File"
